* 3/99-12/00 Defined requirements and worked with management and end users in the design and implementation of a replacement for a credit company's legacy applications in a 24/7 communication environment. Analyzed, designed and developed communication software and database applications with multi-company processing capability and creation of send and receive communication servers and automatic queuing of fulfilled and unfulfilled orders received from numerous operators and remote sites of major hotels and casinos.
